The Series 92 HP premixed WOK burner is designed for use in professional gas cookers when the spherical-bottomed pans typical of Asian cuisine are used.
Thanks to a mechanical premixing system, the perfect combustion ratio between gas and air is obtained, reaching a very high power of 25,0 kW and reduced gas consumption. The vertical flame is very stable and guaranteed by the patented system and, thanks to the particular processing of the flame spreader, takes on a fascinating “torch” shape.
