The 99 Series burners are designed to be applied in professional gas cookers such as those common in the US market and are completely removable to facilitate cleaning operations. The cast iron components make them particularly resistant over time and suitable for intensive use.
They deliver high power, and their high efficiency allows for low gas consumption. The venturi tube, which can be customized in length, guarantees high installation flexibility.
Available in two layouts. Either left and right with different power levels: the “E” version up to 10,5 kW and the “F” version up to 13 kW
